The year approaches it's mid-point, it's belly, it's jelly in its doughnut and America is a month closer to freedom - Holla at it!...Just returned from Palm Springs where I was shooting the indie short BOTTLED UP. ..Umm, red head with freckles, not so much for the desert climate...They kept my translucent self in the shade though and I survived and then some! I played dirty desert wet pcp smoking PEACH - this is the kinda gal who punches her man in the stomach while licking an ice cream cone...so much fun! Also, working on  the final touches of the first draft of a very dark and funny feature...and getting my dirty car washed!

FEBRUARY 2008

What just happened to January…Back from Park City :}…I feel very fortunate to jump into an amazing project called LIMINAL which I co-star in with a wonderful actress from Mexico…shooting on 35MM film entirely in Black & White and looks like a Hitchcock/Cassavettes film (as we did test shots at Panavision at the beginning of the month)…It’s going to be this really violent & beautiful psychological piece that will be shot on a sound stage in LA…this will take me into March…also, the DOG LOVERS team (myself, Graham, & Danny) move onward & upward with our webisode MY BIG BEARTH and a feature…download DOG LOVERS on ITUNES!!!!!  Its short & sooooo worth it!!!!

The story behind the story: Alan Arkin and I did an improv during one of his NYC private workshops, and when I moved to LA I found myself writing a series of shorts with my friend Graham Sibley (whom I was alternating from his couch to his blow up mattress J). A few months ago our friend Danny Roew signed up to direct and shoot it. We rehearsed one Sunday and shot it the next…and you can see it and us in Park City January 17^th – 28^th  SUNDANCE ’08….
